In order to qualify for a return, items must remain unused, in their original condition, and be returned with all original packaging, including tags, manuals, and any accessories. Products that show signs of use, stains, or damage may not be eligible for return.

You may initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Once this period has passed, we will no longer be able to process a return, exchange, or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Products
Certain products are considered final sale and cannot be returned. These include items purchased on clearance, custom-made bedding, or products explicitly labeled as non-returnable in their description. Hygiene-sensitive products, like used pillows, are also non-returnable.

4. Exchange Procedure
We accept exchanges for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped. If you need a different size or variation, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance, subject to availability.

5. How to Return an Item

6. Return Shipping Fees

7. Refund Process and Timeline
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
